Police log: Monroeville police charges filed on Nov. 10, 17
Monroeville police filed the following charges Nov. 10 and 17 with District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted:
• Austin Hopkins, 24, of Saltsburg with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Nov. 10 in connection with an incident along the 4700 block of William Penn Highway.
• Kodey Wright, 23, of Apollo with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Nov. 10 in connection with an incident along the 4700 block of William Penn Highway.
• Precious Leshay Richardson, 29, of Monroeville with two counts of endangering the welfare of children. Charges were filed Nov. 17 in connection with an incident along the 200 block of Cambridge Square Drive.
• Michael Dincau, 36, of Plum with theft by unlawful taking. The charge was filed Nov. 17 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Raspberry Drive. He was also charged with theft by deception on the same day in connection with an incident at PNC Bank in the Miracle Mile Shopping Center.
• Holly L. Smith, 24, of Pittsburgh with unauthorized use of vehicles and criminal mischief. Charges were filed Nov. 17 in connection with an incident along the 4300 block of Old William Penn Highway.
• Antione Peters, 34, of Trafford with DUI, speeding, failing to use turning signals, reckless driving and careless driving. Charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 17 in connection with an incident along I-376 in Monroeville.
