An event with the theme “A Hole Lot of Fun” converted Monroeville Public Library into a miniature golf course for a two-day fundraiser.

The custom custom-designed, 18-hole course offered plenty of fun for the 21-and-older crowd during an evening session on April 14 that featured food and libations.

All-ages play took place the next day, and Alice Rathjen, the library’s head of public relations, reported nothing but positives.

“The community had such an amazing time that we’ve received incredibly positive feedback, including their desire to come back again next year,” she said.
