Gateway High School will be closed and students will learn remotely Thursday and Friday due to a spike in covid cases.

District officials could not confirm Wednesday whether the cases involved students or staff.

The school was open Wednesday and messages were sent out to families about the closure.

District officials said no other schools were impacted. High school classes may resume Monday.
