DUI, theft cases among recent Monroeville police investigations – Mar. 21, 2019

Monroeville police filed the following charges March 15-21 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office:

  • Teyara Mack, 20, of Monroeville with retail theft. Charges were filed March 19 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Mall Circle Drive.
  • Caleb Sitman, 18, of Monroeville with terroristic threats and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed March 19 in connection with an incident along the 600 block of Beatty Road.
  • Isaiah Hill, 35, of Pitcairn with retail theft, flight to avoid apprehension, criminal conspiracy and resisting arrest. Charges were filed March 17 in connection with an incident along the 4500 block of Broadway Boulevard.
  • Damon Walker, 23, of Wilmerding with retail theft and conspiracy. Charges were filed March 17 in connection with an incident along the 4500 block of Broadway Boulevard.
  • Melissa Jukes, 38, of New Kensington with retail theft. Charges were filed March 17 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Mall Circle Drive.
  • Ira Cambric III, 36, of Penn Hills with terroristic threats, ethnic intimidation, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property, driving under the influence, public drunkenness, careless driving, parking regulations, failure to stop and give information or render aid and failure to stop upon request of police or present registration card. Charges were filed March 15 in connection with an incident along the 3900 block of William Penn Highway.
  • Stacey Thomas, 23, of Homestead with accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property, driving without registration and certification required, driving without a license and driving without required financial responsibility. Charges were filed March 19 in connection with an incident along the 700 block of Mall Circle Drive.
  • Thomas Betker, 37, of Monroeville with driving under the influence and public drunkenness. Charges were filed March 19 in connection with an incident along the 4300 block of Broadway Boulevard.
  • Pamela Howsare, 38, of Monroeville with retail theft. Charges were filed March 15 in connection with an incident along the 4000 block of Monroeville Boulevard.
  • Danielle Rua, 35, of Plum with accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property. Charges were filed March 21 in connection with an incident along the 4500 block of William Penn Highway.
  • Sylena Staten, 35, of Monroeville with theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed March 15 in connection with an incident along the 3900 block of William Penn Highway.
