DUI, drug cases among recent Monroeville police investigations – Oct. 23, 2019

Monroeville police filed the following charges Oct. 14 to Oct. 22 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office:

• Destiny Hatten-Nelson, 20, of Pittsburgh with receiving stolen property and retail theft. Charges were filed Oct. 22 in connection with an incident along the 4100 block of William Penn Highway.

• M. William Kish, 59, of Monroeville with driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence. Charges were filed Oct. 22 in connection with an incident along the 200 block of Center Road.

• Raymond Harris, 55, of Pittsburgh with retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Oct. 22 in connection with an incident along the 4000 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Derek McClemens, 29, of Plum with providing unsworn falsification to authorities and sale or transfer of firearms. Charges were filed Oct. 22 in connection with an incident along the 3700 block of William Penn Highway.

• Cami Collins, 35, of Monroeville with driving under the influence. Charges were filed Oct. 22 in connection with an incident at Tilbrook and MacBeth roads.

• Cody Trangle, 27, of Pittsburgh with driving under the influence, reckless driving and vehicles turning left. Charges were filed Oct. 22 in connection with an incident at Woodhaven Drive and Logans Ferry Road.

• Kyle Rhome, 24, of New Alexandria with providing unsworn falsification to authorities. Charges were filed Oct. 18 in connection with an incident along the 200 block of Mall Boulevard.

• Kerry Peyton, 44, of Pittsburgh with retail theft and theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed Oct. 18 in connection with an incident along the 3600 block of William Penn Highway.

• Aschlea Leviege, 33, of Turtle Creek with theft by deception and retail theft. Charges were filed Oct. 18 in connection with an incident along the 3600 block of William Penn Highway.

• Jennifer Ruffin, 33, of Penn Hills with possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Oct. 18 in connection with an incident along the 3000 block of Mosside Boulevard.

• Charles Halls, 35, of Penn Hills with driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Charges were filed Oct. 18 in connection with an incident along the 4200 block of Northern Pike.

• Shaquan Moore, 27, no address given with disorderly conduct, providing false identification to law enforcement, fleeing or attempting to elude police, failure to obey traffic control signals, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, careless driving, failure to perform duties at stop signs, recklessly endangering another person, possession of controlled substances, possession with intent to deliver, escape and flight to avoid apprehension. Charges were filed Oct. 14 in connection with an incident at William Penn Highway and Entry Drive.

• Stephen Sullivan, 34, of Pittsburgh with possession of instruments of a crime, disorderly conduct, criminal conspiracy and possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed Oct. 14 in connection with an incident at William Penn Highway and Entry Drive.
