DUI, assault investigations among recent Monroeville police activity

Monroeville police filed the following charges Dec. 11-17 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office:

• Stephen Bricker, 36, of Plum with accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, driving with a suspended license, following too closely and failure to perform duties at stop signs. Charges were filed Dec. 17 in connection with an incident at Willow Hedge Drive and Logans Ferry Road.

• Jessica Frendzel, 29, of Murrysville with careless driving, driving with a suspended license, driving on right side of roadway and driving under the influence. Charges were filed Dec. 17 in connection with an incident along the 3200 block of Old Frankstown Road.

• Jaber Smucker, 42, of Monroeville with simple assault. Charges were filed Dec. 11 in connection with an incident along the 100 block of Oak Street.

• Natasha Mosley, 31, of Penn Hills with criminal mischief. Charges were filed Dec. 17 in connection with an incident along the 700 block of Mall Circle Drive.
