Open house

Richland Township Volunteer Fire Department Open House will be held from 6-9 p.m. July 18. There will be live demonstrations, firetruck and firehouse tours, as well as information on how to become a volunteer member. Also on hand will be Brusters Ice Cream and Waffles Pizza food trucks. The RTVFD is located at 5857 Meridian Road in Gibsonia.

Friends of Pine Golf Classic

The annual Golf Outing is one of the township’s main fundraising events, and the support it receives is invaluable to Friends of Pine Community Parks Golf Classic and the effort to preserve and enhance the facilities in Pine Township’s community parks. The event will take place July 25 at Wildwood Golf Club. It begins at 8:30 a.m. For more information, visit twp.pine.pa.us.

Movie in the Park

“Ghostbusters Afterlife” will be shown at dusk on July 21 at Richland Park. Bring your lawn chair or beach blanket. The event is free. In the event of rain, the movie will be canceled. Popcorn will be available for sale. For more information, visit richland.pa.us.
