Kathryn Specht-Coban, Elaine Palmer and John D. Simmons Jr. were the top vote-getters May 16 in the Democratic Primary for three seats on Blawnox Council, according to unofficial Allegheny County Elections results.
Specht-Coban had 139 votes; Palmer, 138 votes; and Simmons, 131 votes with 100% of precincts reporting.
Charles P. Stipetich had 75 votes.
There were four write-in votes.
There were no declared Republican candidates. There were 20 GOP write-in votes recorded.
