Fox Chapel Area School District officials have announced their high school homecoming court.

The members are seniors Isabella Cheatham, Maurena Cilenti, Christian Dantey, Emma Donovan, Chase Hendren, Nick Ingramm, Caden Kaiser and Ava Persichetti.

The homecoming football game is scheduled for 7 p.m. Sept. 13 at the high school stadium, the James M. Burk Athletic Facility, 611 Field Club Road in O’Hara.

Fox Chapel will take on Penn Hills.

The court will be introduced about 6:30 p.m., and the homecoming king and queen will be crowned during halftime.

The high school will be hosting the Fox Chapel Area Community Carnival on the front lawn and front parking lot of the school’s campus.

The carnival will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Most activities are free, unless otherwise indicated.

Activities will include games, a giant slide and bouncy houses. There will be a free petting zoo, including a baby zebra and camel, and the animals can be fed for a small cost. Live music from the students and faculty also will be featured during the carnival, and there will be food trucks.

Student and community groups will be fundraising and selling items, so visitors are advised to bring cash.

Parking will be available at Fox Chapel Area High School, with overflow parking at O’Hara Elementary School. The elementary school, at 115 Cabin Lane in O’Hara, is not far from the high school.

A shuttle will be available starting about 4:30 p.m. Additional overflow parking and a shuttle will be located at the Lauri Ann West Community Center once the O’Hara Elementary School parking lot is full.

The center is located at 1220 Powers Run Road in O’Hara. Shuttle service also will be provided at the end of the game for anyone parking in the overflow lots.

All members of the community are invited to attend the homecoming game festivities. Game admission is $3 for students and $5 for adults. To purchase single-game tickets or season passes, visit the online box office at fcasdathletics.org/tickets or download the HomeTown Fan app, available via the App Store and Google Play.

A convenience fee will be added to the cost of each ticket purchased online. Tickets purchased online can be redeemed at the gate via email or the HomeTown Fan app. Tickets also will be available for sale at the gate payable by cash or credit card. There will be a convenience fee of 25 cents for each ticket purchased via credit card at the gate. Admission is free for district senior citizens who have a Gold Card. Everyone entering the stadium must have a ticket.

All homecoming activities are coordinated and sponsored by the Fox Chapel Area High School student activities department and the Fox Leadership Council.
