DUI, drug cases among those handled in Judge Regis Welsh’s Sharpsburg court

Sharpsburg District Court Judge Regis Welsh handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

• Harry Randall, 25, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of drunken driving. Charges were filed Aug. 19 by O’Hara police.

• Daniel Bell, 39, of Georgia was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and intent to deliver. Charges were filed Oct. 9 by O’Hara police.

• Marcus Norvell, 20, of Pittsburgh, waived to court charges of drunken driving. Charges were filed April 7 by Aspinwall police.
