WPXI-TV: 1 killed in Munhall house fire
One man perished in a fire that broke out at his Munhall home on Tuesday, WPXI-TV reported.
Citing fire officials, the station reported the man was disabled and was found near the home’s front entrance.
An Allegheny County fire marshal is expected to investigate.
The fire was in a house in the 1600 block of East 16th Avenue. That road was closed from Andrew Street to McClure Street as multiple fire departments battled the two-alarm fire.
The call was reported around 4:15 p.m., according to an Allegheny County 911 dispatcher.
Unbelievable video shared by neighbor Ken Johnson of the house fire in Munhall. We are expecting an update from the Deputy Chief any minute @WPXI pic.twitter.com/9sPYGSFvgO
