Allegheny County Police seek tips on Wilkinsburg shooting

A man was hospitalized Friday after a shooting in Wilkinsburg.

Allegheny County 911 was notified around 12:15 p.m. of a shooting in the 1700 block of McNary Boulevard.

First responders found a man, who they did not identify, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to an area hospital in critical condition.

County police launched an investigation. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call the County Police Tip Line at 1-833-ALL-TIPS (255-8477). Callers can remain anonymous.
