One person was killed and another was critically wounded in a shooting in Pittsburgh’s Manchester neighborhood Sunday night, police said.

Police said officers responded around 9 p.m. to an alert of 12 rounds fired in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

Officers found an unconscious man on the 1300 block of Warlo Street. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner identified the man as Daevon Eggleston, 24, of Troy Hill.

While investigating the area, police said officers learned that a gunshot victim walked into a local hospital. The hospital was not identified.

That victim, also a male whose age was not given, was last listed in critical condition, police said.
