We knew the hard sourdough pretzels would taste different, but we weren’t expecting how different all the "regular" pretzels would taste.
Monday is National Pretzel Day! So who makes the perfect pretzel?
Find out, as TribLive Taste Test team members Jonna Miller and Patrick Varine set out to tackle a task sure to leave them parched and in need of a glass of water: what brand has the best pretzel?
We tried about a half-dozen of the “typical” thin pretzel varieties, came away with a couple surprises, and possibly ruined the entire test by adding a bit of a ringer to the lineup.
