We get a little cheesy on this week’s TribLive Taste Test, with three various ages of Gouda.

Today the TribLive Taste Test team is headed back to Holland as we try three types of Gouda cheese imported from the Netherlands and aged to various degrees.

First up is Gayo Azul’s standard Gouda, followed by two types created by A Dutch Masterpiece: the “Vincent,” aged for 6 months, and the “Rembrandt,” aged for a full year.

And just to play it safe, we’re doing a little social distancing even though we’re outside — which led to a bit of an interesting split-screen this week.

Which Gouda is good, and which Gouda is great? Find out!
