Hunt’s no-salt added tomato sauce was recalled on April 3, 2019 for mold concerns.

A specific variety of Hunt’s tomato paste is being recalled for concerns over potential mold in the cans.

Chicago-based Conagra Brands, Inc. voluntarily recalled a limited amount of the no-salt added, six-ounce cans of Hunt’s tomato paste on April 3.

The final product could have been damaged after the canning process, creating the possibility for mold, company officials said.

Products recalled have label information of Product Batch 2105902510 and a Best By date of Oct. 16, 2020.

Anyone with the specific item in their pantry is advised to either throw it away or return it to the store.

Conagra is working to remove the items from the shelves of all stores where it was distributed.
