Small business workshop slated at Saint Vincent College

The Saint Vincent College Small Business Development Center will offer a seminar titled “The First Step to Small Business Success” from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Feb. 13 at its Unity campus.

The informal workshop will provide information on what is needed to start a small business venture, including financing and licenses. The functions of business, marketing and financial plans will be discussed. An SBDC consultant will lead the session and will be available to answer questions.

There is a $20 fee and limited space. Register at www.stvincent.edu/sbdc or 724-537-4572.

The Saint Vincent College SBDC is part of a statewide system of university-based economic development organizations. The mission is to provide education and consulting to entrepreneurs to help them start and grow their businesses.
