Jessica Bella Band will be headlining a charity show to benefit Noelle DeFazio, a young mother from Bellevue battling stage 4 cancer.

The Rock for Hope: A Benefit for Noelle show is set for April 23 at 565 in Bellevue and includes performances from Aliquid Novi, Ben Getkin, Jim Skiff, Appalachian Honey, Sarah Fina and King Cole, with all proceeds going to DeFazio.

“We heard Noelle’s story from working with her in Bellevue, and it moved and inspired us. JBB believes in using our platform to help support people in need, and organizing a benefit show felt like the right way to help,” Bella said. “Noelle is a young mother battling cancer, and she needs the community’s support. We believe that rock ‘n’ roll is about more than just music — it is about unity, passion and making a difference. This show is a way to bring people together to help someone who truly needs help.”

Bella said she believed music has the power to positively impact people in physical and mental ways.

“Music has an undeniable ability to heal, inspire, and uplift,” Bella said. “Whether it is providing an escape, giving people the strength to push forward, or simply bringing joy, we have seen firsthand how music can change lives. That is why we do what we do.”

Bella, an Indonesian-born rock singer, filled TribLive in on what else we should know about Jessica Bella Band:
