New date set for Mötley Crüe, Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett tour
If you were disappointed that you weren’t going to hear “Home Sweet Home,” “Pour Some Sugar on Me” and “Every Rose Has Its Thorn” live this summer, good news: a new date for the Def Leppard, Mötley Crüe, Poison and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts show in Pittsburgh has been set.
The Stadium Tour featuring the four bands will stop at PNC Park on July 22, 2021.
In an email to ticket holders Thursday, Ticketmaster announced the new scheduled date. The show will start at 4:30 p.m. on a Thursday night.
The bands also announced the new dates for the tour on their social media accounts.
Tickets for the original date will be valid for the new show, but customers can get a refund if they want. Refund must requested by July 18, 2020, according to the company, and they will be processed within 30 days.
The rescheduled 30-city tour will kick off June 19, 2021 in Nashville. The tour also features stops in Cleveland, Hershey and Philadelphia.
The Stadium Tour was originally set to stop in Pittsburgh on Aug. 16. Earlier this month the tour was officially postponed.
Mötley Crüe lasted played First Niagara Pavilion in August 2014. Def Leppard played Pittsburgh at PPG Paints Arena in June 2018.
