Concert trifecta: Pink, Lizzo, Foreigner announce Pittsburgh stops
Two pop music superstars and an arena rock band will be making their way to Pittsburgh in 2023 for concerts announced Monday.
Pink’s Summer Carnival is visiting 21 cities, including PNC Park on Aug. 5. She will be joined by Brandi Carlile, Grouplove and KidCutUp.
Tickets for the three-time Grammy Award-winning singer go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Nov. 21. A presale for Pittsburgh Pirates season ticket holders and VIPs opens at 10 a.m. Saturday.
Earlier this month, Pink released the single, “Never Gonna Not Dance Again.”
Lizzo at PPG Paints Arena
Rapper/singer Lizzo, also a three-time Grammy winner, added a second leg to her tour, which will arrive PPG Paints Arena on May 13.
Tickets for Lizzo’s concert, with special guest Latto, go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, with an American Express presale from 10 a.m. Wednesday to 10 p.m. Thursday.
Lizzo’s latest album, “Special,” was released July 15 with two top-performing singles, “About Damn Time” and “2 Be Loved (Am I Ready).”
Foreigner at Star Lake
Foreigner is launching its Historic Farewell Tour in the summer, with a July 29 stop at the Pavilion at Star Lake. Foreigner, best known for the songs “I Want to Know What Love Is,” “Feels Like the First Time” and “Hot Blooded,” will be joined by Loverboy.
Tickets for the tour go on sale at 9 a.m. Friday. There is an artist presale starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday, as well as a Live Nation presale at 9 a.m. Thursday with the code “HEADLINE.”
