Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band perform with the concert “The River Tour” at the Camp Nou stadium in Barcelona, Spain, Saturday, May 14, 2016. On Monday, May 23, 2022, Springsteen and the E Street Band announced that they will begin a tour in February 2023 in the United States, followed by stadium shows beginning in April in Europe.

No Boss in the ‘Burgh.

At least not yet.

Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band are embarking on a U.S. tour next year — but Pittsburgh is not on the list of stops so far.

Bruce Springsteen and E Street Band to tour in U.S., Europe

The band begins the American tour in February 2023 in Tampa and ends in Newark before they travel to Europe.

In between the stops spanning almost the entire country, the band will be stopping in two Pennsylvania cities in march — State College on March 18 and Philadelphia on March 16. They’ll play Cleveland on April 5.

Some fans took to social media to voice their disappointment that Springsteen would not be playing in Pittsburgh. He last performed here in 2016 at PPG Paints Arena.

Perhaps Springsteen and the band will announce some summer stadium dates later. A second U.S. leg is expected to begin in August. We’ve always got Heinz Field, er Acrisure Stadium.

Tour dates and locations can be found on E Street Radio’s website.
