Scheduled rain or shine, the day begins at 11 a.m. with a reflective ceremony in the auditorium honoring nearly 300 fallen Pennsylvania service members who made the ultimate sacrifice in the War on Terrorism.
The afternoon will include free museum admission, raffles and patriotic concert by The Brass Roots, museum officials say.
Family fun activities will include a bounce house, balloons, caricatures, face-painting, craft table with assorted patriotic crafts and spin art.
Bring blankets and chairs to picnic on the front lawn. Food and beverages also will be available for purchase.
