Last-minute handmade gifts available at Greensburg Art Center

Greensburg Art Center’s “The Art of Gifting” show and sale closes with last-minute shopping from 6-8 p.m. Dec. 19. Colorful ornaments by Marcia Gilbert were among gift items available for the annual event.

Last-minute shoppers are invited to the Greensburg Art Center from 6-8 p.m. Dec. 19 for the final hours of the annual “Art of GIFTing” market. All items will be 10% off.

The annual holiday show and sale features artisan gift items handmade by about 30 area artists.

The show, which opened Nov. 9, includes items suitable for all budgets, with merchandise running from $3 to $300.

The closing evening also will feature live music by Mary Ellen and Philip Raneri.

Artist Catherine Rosensteel will present a watercolor demonstration in the classroom of the center at 230 Todd School Road, Hempfield.
