Sylvester Stallone stars in “Rambo: Last Blood,” set to hit theaters Sept. 20.

That ultimate warrior John Rambo looks like he’s good for one last go-round, as the new trailer for “Rambo: Last Blood” debuted online Thursday.

The film, once again starring Sylvester Stallone as the war-weary hero, finds Rambo heading to Mexico to rescue a friend’s daughter from a drug cartel.

From the opening frames of the trailer, it appears Rambo’s usual forest-covered setting has been replaced with a dusty, Western look. And all of it set over a slowed-down rendition of Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road.”

“All these years I’ve kept my secrets,” Rambo says ominously in a voice over. “But the time has come to face my past. And if it comes looking for me, they will welcome death.”

”Last Blood,” the fifth installment of the franchise that launched in 1982, is set to hit theaters on Sept. 20.
