Disney unveiled the full and final trailer for its sequel to one of its biggest hits ever.
The “Frozen 2” trailer made its premiere Monday on “Good Morning America.”
We’ve been given peeks before, with a teaser and a mini-trailer, but this time it’s a full-fledged trailer.
At the end of the 2013 megahit, we left Elsa (Idina Menzel), Anna (Kristen Bell), Kristoff (Jonathan Groff) and Olaf (Josh Gad) happily ever after in Arendelle. But now, there’s a new threat to that happiness.
In the new trailer, we learn of the existence of an enchanted forest, walled off to the world by a magical mist. Now, it seems, something in that forest is calling to Elsa and she — and the others — must journey to discover why.
Sadly, no new songs are revealed in the trailer, but the Oscar-winning team of Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez have written new music.
Additions to the cast include Evan Rachel Wood (as Anna and Elsa’s mother Queen Iduna) and Sterling K. Brown (as Lieutenant Matthias). The film is directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee.
“Frozen 2” will hit theaters Nov. 22.
