“Friends,” with Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow — is coming back, this time on the big screen.

Even after 25 years, they’ll be there for you — this time on the big screen.

No, the cast of “Friends” isn’t doing a reunion movie, but the megahit comedy series is coming to movie theaters for the show’s 25th anniversary.

On three nights — Sept. 22, 28, and Oct. 2 — more than 1,000 movie theaters across the country will screen “Friends 25th: The One with the Anniversary” through Fathom Events.

Each night’s screening will include four classic episodes the show, along with some never-before-seen goodies and interviews — all in 4K high def.

The Warner Bros. series made its debut on NBC on Sept. 22, 1994. It followed the lives of six young, close-knit friends living in New York City. The cast, of course, included David Schwimmer, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Matthew Perry, Lisa Kudrow and Matt LeBlanc. During its 10-year run, the series was nominated for 62 Emmy awards and won six, including best comedy series in 2002.

“We’re thrilled to celebrate the 25th anniversary of ‘Friends,’ a TV show that continues to impact culture and attract new fans from across generations,” said Fathom Events CEO Ray Nutt. “Fans will have the opportunity to come together and look back on some of the most hilarious and emotional scenes from the acclaimed comedy — this time in theaters.”

“The cultural impact that ‘Friends’ continues to have, 25 years after its premiere, is astounding,” says Lisa Gregorian, Warner Bros. Television Group president. “It is so amazing to know that the series is still bringing people of all ages together.”

The lineups, each of which begin at 7 p.m. are:

Sept. 22: Pilot – ReDo, The One With The Black Out, The One With The Birth and The One Where Ross Finds Out

Sept. 29: The One With The Prom Video, The One Where No One’s Ready, The One With The Morning After and The One With The Embryos

Oct. 2: The One With Chandler In A Box, The One With Ross’s Wedding – Part 2, The One Where Everybody Finds Out and The One Where Ross Got High

A list of the theaters that will screen the events will be available when tickets go on sale through the Fathom Events website, beginning at noon Aug. 16.
