According to a listing for the auction, items will include a Bob Kramer steel and meteorite chef’s knife (valued between $4,000 to $6,000), a script for an episode of “The Simpsons” Bourdain appeared on (valued between $800 to $1,200), artwork and more.

Samurai quality, 800 layers of pounded meteorite and steel. I plan on just sitting here gazing at it for a few days before taking it out for a drive. #HattoriHanzo A post shared by anthonybourdain (@anthonybourdain) on Apr 6, 2016 at 7:08am PDT
Part of the proceeds of the auction will go towards the Anthony Bourdain Legacy Scholarship at his alma mater The Culinary Institute of America.
Bourdain died June 8, 2018.
