Linebacker, Washington

6-foot-1, 227 pounds

Stats: Led the Huskies with 104 tackles and three interceptions as a senior.

Hometown: Woodinville, Wash.

Tidbits: His father, Mark Bruener, was the Steelers’ first-round pick in 1995 and spent nine NFL seasons with the team. Mark Bruener remains a scout in the organization. … He was a team captain as a senior and was named the team’s defensive most valuable player. … At the NFL Combine, he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.58 seconds. … In four years at Washington, he played in 52 games but didn’t become a full-time starter until his senior season. He was the team’s special teams MVP in 2023 when the Huskies played in the national championship game.
