The Fox Chapel Area School Board re-elected Marybeth Dadd as president during the board’s annual reorganzation meeting, which was conducted Dec. 5.

Ronald P. Frank was re-elected vice president, and Vanessa K. Lynch was re-elected assistant secretary.

Dadd is starting her fourth year on the board, her third year as president.

“I thank the other members of the school board for trusting me with the responsibility of being president. I am thrilled to continue to serve the community and most importantly to serve the students of our district,” she said.

Frank has been on the board for three years after retiring as a teacher in the district.

This will be his second term as vice president. He is also vice president of the Beattie Career Center Board.

Lynch’s term on the school board began in December 2019.

The board’s first meeting of 2023 is scheduled for Jan. 9 at Fox Chapel Area High School’s LGI Room. All board meetings will be held on Mondays at 7 p.m. unless otherwise noted. There will be no meetings in July.

The board will conduct its 2023 reorganization meeting on Dec. 4, 2023.
