Pittsburgh police said they are investigating a report of two women being attacked and robbed inside a restroom at a North Shore bar early April 10.

Officers said two women and a man are suspected in the attack and robbery at Shorty’s Pins and Pints, according to Tribune-Review news partner WPXI-TV.

One of the alleged victims reported being punched in the ear, while the other said she was punched in the face, police said. One of the women said her wallet was stolen.

Emergency responders treated both women at the scene. One was taken to a hospital for stitches.

“Our team reacted immediately to the incident by providing first-aid assistance where possible and calling 911 for police and an EMT. We are working closely with law enforcement in an effort to identify the suspects, and will continue to do so until the case is closed,” Craig Winning, chief operating officer of Shorty’s, said in a statement to WPXI.

Shorty’s opened in February as a game room and bar, with duckpin bowling, video games and cornhole available.
