A large tree fell onto a car and knocked down some power lines in Ross Monday afternoon.

Police said the incident took place around 2 p.m. along Reis Run Road.

Duquesne Light crews were called to make repairs to the lines.

The road is closed from Rochester Road to Brookmeade Drive. No injuries were reported.

It is unclear when the road would be reopened.
