Dispatch: 2 people taken to hospital after tree falls on car in North Irwin

Two people were injured after a tree fell onto a car Friday, a North Huntingdon dispatcher confirmed.

The incident, which occurred in the 2700 block of Morris Avenue in North Huntingdon, involved one vehicle. Crews responded to the area around 11:35 a.m.

According to the dispatcher, both people were taken to the hospital. Their conditions were not known.

The scene was cleared by 12:50 p.m.

Further information on the incident was not immediately available.
