21-year-old man shot, killed in Penn Hills

A 21-year-old man died after being shot in Penn Hills on Tuesday night, according to Allegheny County Police.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner identified the victim as Nazbir Chambers of Penn Hills.

Police said 911 was notified of a shooting in the 400 block of Fielding Drive shortly after 11 p.m. First responders found the man shot inside his vehicle.

Chambers was taken to an unidentified hospital, where police said he was pronounced deceased.

It was the second fatal shooting in Penn Hills this week.

Gregory Anderson, 47, of Penn Hills was shot near Woods Road and Marion Way. He died Tuesday, according to the Allegheny County Medical Examiner.

Anyone with information about either shooting is asked to contact county police at 833-255-8477. Callers can remain anonymous.
