A woman has been hospitalized in serious condition after being hit and pinned by a vehicle in the Strip District.
Authorities tell Trib news partner WPXI-TV that the woman was struck near the intersection of 17th Street and Liberty Avenue around 4 p.m. Thursday.
Medics used airbags to lift the car and get the woman out. She was alert and talking to emergency responders.
The driver reportedly stayed at the scene. No further information was available.
