- Willie Newkirk, 62, of Pittsburgh on charges of resisting arrest. Charges were filed May 4.
- Chillissia Chiavetta, 24, of White Oak on charges of receiving stolen property and driving under the influence. Charges were filed May 29.
Waived preliminary hearings
- David Procacina, 67, of East Pittsburgh on charges of simple assault and resisting arrest. Wilkins police filed the charges May 13.
- Melissa Ryan, 37, of Irwin on charges of possession of controlled substances and to counts of drug paraphernalia. Wilkins police filed the charges May 30.
