Police are investigating after two men were shot in Pittsburgh’s Carrick neighborhood early Monday.

Police said they received a report of a shooting in the 2500 block of Brownsville Road at 1:15 a.m.

When officers arrived, they found a man lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound. A second man involved in the shooting was found on Merritt Avenue, police said. Both had non-life threatening injuries and were taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Several shell casings were retrieved from the scene, according to police.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 412-323-7800.
