Crisis Center North is holding its 12th annual signature fundraising event, “Cocktails & Cuisine,” at The Woodlands at Bradford Woods, 134 Shenot Road, Wexford.
Top chefs and purveyors will provide foodies with an outdoor venue from 6-10 p.m. May 17, as the organization raises funds for essential services for victims of domestic violence.
Tickets are $85.
Emcee will be WPXI-TV’s Peggy Finnegan.
Guests will enjoy grazing and sipping their way through cocktails and cuisine from the region’s leading restaurants and spirit purveyors, organizers say.
Pittsburgh jazz vocalist Lisa Bleil will headline the evening’s entertainment with Benny Benack Jr. (sax, trumpet, clarinet) and John Burgh (piano).
“Every year, our community comes together at this remarkable event to celebrate the strides we have made together to end domestic violence,” center executive director Grace Coleman says.
“It’s breathtaking to watch this community’s continued commitment to the social change which had transformed thousands of victims to survivors,” she adds.
Participating eateries and dessert specialists include Aladdin’s Eatery, Atria’s — Richland, Bakn, Blue North Restaurant, Bonefish Grill, Bruster’s Ice Cream of Ingomar, California Pizza Kitchen, Edible Arrangements- — McIntyre Square, Emiliano’s Mexican Restaurant, Houlihan’s, Il Pizzaiolo, JT’s Bakery and Café, Nicole’s Kitchen, The Pittsburgh Melting Pot, Pittsburgh Smokehouse Food Truck, Tin Man Sweets, Tres Rios and Walnut Grill Restaurant.
Beverage, beer, wine and spirit purveyors include Arrowhead Wines and Hard Cider, Beer by Fuhrer Wholesale, Country Hammer Moonshine, D’Andrea Wines, Natrona Bottling Co., Pennsylvania Libations and Ustianochka — Real Russian Vodka.
